In recognition of outstanding contributions to national development across diverse sectors, Pacesetter Frontier Magazine has unveiled the list of awardees for the 5th Annual Frontier Discourse Public Lecture and Awards.
Speaking in Abuja, Frank Ufondu disclosed that the awardees were carefully selected following a rigorous deliberation and voting by the magazine’s Board of Editors. He noted that the recognition celebrates individuals and institutions whose impactful work continue to inspire positive change and leadership in their respective fields.

Re-emphasizing the topic of the public lecture, “Politics of Convergence and Collisions: Navigating Power Struggles in Shaping Democracy,” Ufondu stated the magazine’s readiness to host all guests.
He reiterated that the keynote speakers will be Professor Udenta O. Udenta, Founding National Secretary of the Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Director-General, African Writers Institute, Abuja; and Dr. Ahmad Sajoh, Former Commissioner for Information, Adamawa State, and Executive Director, FutureNow Initiative.
Ufondu added that the event will feature other highlights besides the lecture and awards presentation, including a musical performance by Une 50, Convener of the Nigeria Music Climate Change Summit, Abuja.
Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, representing Abia South Senatorial District, has been named Chairman of the Event, while the President of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, Comrade Alhassan Yahaya, is the Co-chairman.
Renowned political activist Aisha Yesufu, Journalist Laolu Akande, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Protocol, Adeola Oshodi, and fiery Catholic priest and social commentator Rev. Fr. John Chinyere Oluoma will lead the panel session.

Ufondu also called on corporate bodies and public-spirited Nigerians willing to partner with the magazine to reach out, expressing gratitude to organizations already supporting the event.
