JUST IN: ENUGU GOV'T SUSPEND THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY BY THE STATE MINISTRY OF LANDS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT

The Enugu State government hereby suspends the signing and issuance of Certicates of Occupancy, Deeds and other lands instruments by the State Ministry of Lands and Urban Development, effective today, 21st June, 2023.

The general public is also reminded that Certificates of Occupancy can only be validly signed by His Excellency the Governor of Enugu State in line with the provisions of the law.

Please be guided accordingly.
