ENUGU - Governorship aspirant, Chief Samson Chukwu Nnamani, has outlined his vision for a more inclusive and people-oriented administration in Enugu State, pledging to prioritise job creation, security and social welfare if elected in 2027.
Nnamani spoke on April 14, 2026, during an engagement with members of the Odera Support Group, where he presented his development agenda and leadership approach.
According to him, his ambition is driven by a desire to address the challenges facing residents, particularly unemployment, limited access to quality education and healthcare, and insecurity.
He said his administration would focus on creating opportunities for young people, supporting small businesses and ensuring that governance delivers tangible benefits to all citizens, regardless of background.
The aspirant stressed that leadership must be rooted in service, noting that he intends to restore public trust through transparency, accountability and compassion in governance.
Nnamani also pledged to improve security across communities and expand infrastructure development to ensure balanced growth in both urban and rural areas of the state.
He maintained that education and healthcare should be treated as fundamental rights, not privileges, adding that his policies would aim to make both sectors more accessible and effective.
Speaking further, he emphasised the need for inclusive governance that reflects the aspirations of the people, stating that no community would be neglected under his leadership.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the aspirant to interact with supporters and share his plans, while also receiving feedback on key issues affecting residents.
Nnamani reaffirmed his commitment to building a better Enugu State, describing his ambition as a collective effort to deliver sustainable development and improved living standards for the people.
