In a major boost for Enugu State in national politics, Mrs. Adamma Ode, Esq., popularly known as Odiukonamba, has been appointed as a member of the Directorate of Women Mobilization in the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) 2027 Presidential Campaign Council.

The appointment, which has been described as well-deserved, places the fiery grassroots mobilizer at the heart of President Tinubu's re-election machinery ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Ada Ode, who is renowned across Enugu State for her exceptional grassroots appeal and political sagacity, is currently at the forefront of galvanizing massive support for the re-election of Governor Peter Ndubisi Mbah in Enugu State. Her influence cuts across women groups, youth constituencies and community structures.

Political observers say her appointment into the presidential campaign council is a clear testament to her doggedness, capacity, loyalty, and growing political influence beyond the South-East.

Beyond her national assignment, Mrs. Ode is also the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ezeagu Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly, where she is widely tipped as a frontrunner.
