ENUGU -  The Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), a support group backing the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the 2027 political agenda, has appointed Igwesi as its Coordinator in Enugu State.

The appointment comes as political activities and mobilisation intensify ahead of the 2027 general elections, with various support groups across the country stepping up grassroots engagement and advocacy around the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Igwesi is expected to coordinate the activities of the group in Enugu State, including grassroots mobilisation, public engagement and communication of the policies and programmes of the Tinubu administration.

The development is coming against the backdrop of increased activities by the Renewed Hope Ambassadors nationwide. Earlier this year, the organisation held zonal engagements focused on taking the administration’s reform message to communities and addressing what its leaders described as a communication gap between government policies and citizens. 

The Enugu appointment is therefore expected to give the group a stronger organisational presence in the state as preparations for the 2027 elections gather momentum.
